1. Is there any surcharge, using credit card?

Yes, but it’s been included in the rent. You don’t need to pay extra.

2. Why I got charged $30 after tapping it?

The system will temporarily charge $30 as deposit.

3. Will the deposit be refunded?

It depends how long you’ve rented the power bank. The system will calculate the price in terms of every 30min. For instance, you have rented it for 45min. Since the first 10min is free, you need to pay for the rest 35min, that is $6. Then $24 will be refunded. Please note that it may take one day, depending on the bank system.

4. Does our system have my personal information?

No, the system does not have your personal information.

5. Who will decide how much I should pay for it?

The bank timing system will automatically calculate the price.

6. How can I return the power bank?

You can return it to the machine where you rented it. And in future, you can return it to another LuckChargeTM machine in another place.

7. How can I get an invoice?

Please email us via anna@luckcharge.com, and please tell us the last four digits of your card and other information that facilitates the invoice.

8. What will happen if I decide to keep or somehow lose the power bank?

Our system will automatically charge your account a set fee of $30.

9. What will happen if I forgot to return the power bank?

Please email us with the last four digits of your card so that we can trace the rent, and then we will assist you to return it and appropriate refund.
